Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tbwnsignal.my, operated by TBWN Solutions. By buying access or using the dashboard, you accept them.

What the service is

TBWN Signal publishes XAUUSD trading signals — entry, take-profit levels and a stop loss — together with a dashboard showing live price, running pips and a position-size calculator.

It is information, not financial advice. We do not manage money, we do not place trades for you, and we do not know your circumstances. Every decision to enter or exit a trade is yours.

Risk warning

Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you intend to. Past performance — including any figures published on this site — does not predict future results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Your access key

• A key is issued to one person and is not transferable.
• You may use it on your own devices. Sharing it, reselling it, or republishing our signals is not permitted.
• We may revoke a key that is being shared or resold, without refund.

Packages and billing

• Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond are one-time purchases granting access for a fixed period (7, 15 and 30 days). They do not renew and nothing is charged again.
• Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
• Free access may be granted through an introducing-broker membership, on the conditions stated at the time, and may end if those conditions stop being met.

Prices shown at checkout are what you pay. Stripe processes the payment; your card details never reach us.

Cancelling

Cancel a recurring Membership at any time at tbwnsignal.my/billing — it works even after your access has expired. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Access is delivered immediately and is a digital service, so a period that has started is not refundable. Two exceptions, and we apply them without argument:

• Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
• If we could not deliver — no key issued, or the service was unavailable for a meaningful part of your period — email us and we will refund or extend, whichever you prefer.

Email support@tbwnsignal.my before raising a chargeback. It is faster, and we would rather solve it directly.

Availability

We aim to publish signals during market hours and keep the dashboard online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Markets close, feeds fail and platforms have outages. Where an outage materially affects a period you paid for, the refund terms above apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TBWN Solutions is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Customers buy from many countries, so nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the law where you live.
